Records and Imaging Requests for Legal Professionals

Nations Imaging has partnered with Clearpath to provide law firms, record retrieval companies, and insurance carriers with a secure, electronic way to request and receive medical records, imaging, and related documents.

All legal requests for Nations Imaging should be submitted through Clearpath.

How to Request and Receive Records/Images

Once you have a properly signed HIPAA-compliant authorization or subpoena, please submit your request to Nations Imaging through Clearpath.

Requests for medical records, imaging, and related documents should be made through the Clearpath platform.
